The Greene County girls track team had two meets last week, one of which was cut short due to weather, and the other being the Heart of Iowa Conference track meet.
On May 2, the Rams traveled to North Polk, where the meet was stopped due to inclement weather. With the events that were completed, the Rams were sitting in fifth place.
Kamryn Sanders took second in the long jump and the 800 meter sprint medley relay team finished in third.

The Rams took part in the Heart of Iowa Conference track meet on Thursday at Roland-Story, where they took fifth place as a team.
Olivia Shannon had a first place finish in the 200 meter dash. The 4×200 meter relay team also took first place at the meet.
